Doherty Associates has today announced the appointment of Gareth Preece as its new Managed Services Director. Gareth sits on the senior leadership team at a time of pivotal growth for the firm, which has a new central London HQ and an expanded global team. 

Gareth is responsible for Managed Services and evolving global service offerings at the company, working under Founder and Chief Executive Terry Doherty. 

With the accelerated market changes, Gareth’s experience in setting the strategic vision for IT services and practical ability in transforming enterprise-wide infrastructure and application services across public and private sectors allows him to effectively advise and deliver against clients’ digital transformation priorities. 

Organisations will benefit from his experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, ITIL, and NIST, as well as his background in driving multiple large scale global delivery projects for organisations, including The Law Society and The British Museum. Previous roles have also included a tenure as CTO at top 20 UK Law firm Clyde & Co LLP.
