Every parent wants their child to succeed but in a rapidly changing world, traditional education alone is no longer enough. This is why we launched Incusim, a future-focused education company that empowers teenagers (ages 14–18) to explore real-world careers, develop practical skills, and gain confidence through immersive simulations.

Founded with the mission to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional experience, Incusim gives students the opportunity to tackle challenges like a data scientist, engineer, or product designer, guided by industry mentors. Each program includes hands-on projects, team collaboration, and direct feedback from professionals, helping teens understand the full range of career possibilities beyond traditional paths.

“We wanted to create an experience where teenagers don’t just learn about the world, they experience it,” says Joy Eneghalu-Anele, Founder of Incusim. “Too many young people finish school without clarity or confidence about their career choices. Some of them fit in the world of technology without realising it. Our simulations give them exposure, guidance, and the practical skills to step confidently into their future.”

Incusim programs run virtually and in-person, ensuring flexibility for families across and beyond the UK. Students not only work on projects inspired by real companies, but they may also have the opportunity to speak with partner companies and meet mentors.

The programs cover cutting-edge fields such as:

  • Data Science & Analytics
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Cybersecurity
  • Robotics
  • Product Design
  • Information Technology

Incusim is a huge need in our world today as parents of all backgrounds, whether local, immigrant, or first-generation can give their children a competitive advantage by providing experiences that build critical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence before entering higher education or the workforce.
Parents who had the taster session say they are excited about the opportunity for their children to explore careers beyond the usual paths, develop real-world skills, and gain exposure that traditional schooling doesn’t offer.

Incusim is now accepting signups for its first cohort. Spaces are limited, and early registration ensures priority access to mentors, projects, and immersive experiences.

Parents and guardians can register their children here. For more information about the programs, partnerships, or volunteering opportunities, visit our website.
