Global talent solutions provider The IN Group has appointed Charlotte Roberts as Chief People Officer to oversee the organisation’s People & Culture Function on a global scale.

Roberts joins The IN Group’s board and will  lead the company’s people and culture strategy, ensuring practices align with The IN Group’s business strategy of unlocking the power of the people both inside and outside the organisation.

With decades of experience in the talent space, Roberts has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and as a qualified psychometric profiler and a mental health first aider, she is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

Roberts has previously served as the Global People Director at Leathwaite, a global executive search firm Alongside this role, she’s also worked in Employment Law, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Organisational Development.

As Chief People Officer at The IN Group, Roberts will be responsible for driving success through the development and engagement of its most valuable asset – its people. Combining her strategic mindset with her passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of human behaviour, Roberts will continue The IN Group’s mission to create a workplace where employees thrive, and the organisation achieves its goals.
