The platform creates digital frameworks and scorecards that enable organisations to assess and interview against key behaviours and competencies specific to a job role. Phoenix51 takes basic interviewing and assessment to the next level, by automating the data, giving candidates and employees incredibly accurate and detailed feedback, including digital notes and graphs, all at the click of a button, which is seamlessly integrated with internal ATS or CRM systems so that the data can be used, time and time again.

Lee McQueen, Founder and CEO of Phoenix51 said: “ We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Redgate Software. The relationship brings two organisations with similar cultures and values together and digitalises their people assessment process. For Redgate to have real time data on their salespeople and to enable personal learning and development pathways for each employee is business critical. We cannot wait to get started and implement Phoenix51 into Redgate Software.”

As Cassie Roper, Redgate VP of Sales, comments: “Phoenix51’s talent assessment platform will help us assess, hire, train and retain more salespeople, more intelligently. We can now track and benchmark people through every stage of their career and use that knowledge to create individual learning paths.”
