Buck, an integrated HR, pensions, and employee benefits consulting, technology, and administration services firm, has today announced the promotion of seven key leaders to Principal or Director as part of a total of 75 promotions within its U.K. and European business. These promotions support Buck’s rapidly growing reputation and the company’s commitment to recognising individual accomplishments and contributions on behalf of clients and the business.

Four individuals across the company’s Employee Benefits practice were acknowledged, with Amanda Cran and Andreas Hunter being promoted to Principal, and Ian Barrett and Victoria Roe Dos Santos to Director. Buck’s Pensions Administration practice saw a further new Principal, Steve Mathews, whilst the Retirement practice welcomed two new Directors, Andrew Horner and Fiona Guild.

These promotions reflect Buck’s belief in developing and investing in their people from within, and the impact this has on client outcomes.
