Integrated B2B tech marketing agency, Fox Agency has been awarded a place in Campaign Magazine’s Best Places to Work 2022 ranking.
The Best Places to Work programme, celebrates the top workplaces in marketing, advertising and media and recognises employer efforts across wellbeing, inclusivity, flexibility and culture.
The results are based on employee survey, powered by The Workforce Research group, and assessment of the company’s workplace policies, practices and values.

Recognition as one of the UK’s Best Place to Work 2022, follows a year of exponential growth for Fox Agency, across both team and revenue. In addition to more than doubling its headcount, the agency celebrated an impressive 85% increase in financial growth in 2021.
It also bagged a host of new client wins including Sony, Delphi Technologies, Global Switch, Beyond Now, Lionfish, Manx Telecom, and Zenoo; in addition to expanded remits and new long-term contracts with existing clients Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, BOBST and BearingPoint.
With multiple new business wins on the horizon, Fox Agency hopes its Best Places to Work ranking will appeal to prospective new recruits as the agency embarks on further growth.
