Global brand transformation company secures industry-leading accreditation in recognition of positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing practices

Global brand transformation company Landor & Fitch has been recognised as a 2022 Great Place To Work®, securing official certification for its studios in the UK, US, France, Hong Kong and Mexico.

With Great Place to Work® widely recognised as the leading independent global authority on workplace culture, this certification verifies Landor & Fitch’s longstanding and deep commitment to its people – priding itself on a culture that nurtures individual and collective success, fosters diversity, and creates communities of shared purpose, beliefs and behaviours.

Based on an anonymous survey of employee experiences, the certification scores companies across different aspects of workplace culture, such as inclusivity, employee wellbeing, and management. Landor & Fitch staff across all five locations scored the company highly across the majority of categories, with particular emphasis on:


  • Pride in the company – 94% of employees indicated they were proud to tell others they worked at Landor & Fitch
  • Trust and responsibility – 93% felt they were given a lot of responsibility in their work
  • A caring culture – 92% indicated that people within the company care for one another
  • Recommendations – 91% would recommend working at Landor & Fitch to others


The certification also required a written submission from Landor & Fitch, responding to specific questions around the employee experience. These included areas such as how employees are involved in developing new ideas and better ways of doing things, and how colleagues – regardless of role – are made to feel included and able to reach their highest potential.

Here, Landor & Fitch initiatives shone through brightly, including Above & Beyond – a global award program celebrating those who have truly impacted clients, business and culture; ShipShape – the company’s global, holistic wellbeing programme; and Continuous Conversations – a flexible, employee-led approach to learning and development to replace rigid annual appraisals.
