  • The telecommunications industry proved to be the king of employee benefits and work-life balance across all industries with the grocery industry in second place and the publishing industry in third place.

  • The British Land Company, one of the largest property developers in the UK, took the top spot with a score of 4.8 out of 5.

  • The two runners-up tied for second place, each with ratings of 4.6 are Phoenix Group, a giant in the life assurance industry and Land Securities Group, a behemoth of property development.
