GoodHabitz Europe’s largest soft skills online training provider, has appointed Annabelle Vultee as its CEO. Vultee’s primary mission in her new role is to drive GoodHabitz’ worldwide growth plans as the demand for soft skills training rapidly increases. 

Currently delivering training courses in 22 different languages to 6.2m students worldwide, GoodHabitz is looking to double its Annual Recurring Revenue to 100 million euros within the next three years. This growth will be achieved through continued expansion in existing markets, entering new markets, and placing an increased emphasis on the SMB segment. The company will further strengthen its leadership position in human skill development by increasing its focus on insights and development at Individual, Team, and Organizational levels.  

Vultee is a recognized leader in the Education and EdTech spaces with 15 years of executive experience in the industry across Europe, the US, and APAC. 

She remains a Board Member and Chair of the Talent & Remuneration Committee at EQuest Education Group, one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam. Prior to this she was an Executive Advisor at leading global investment firm, KKR & Co. Inc. and was Chief Operating Officer of EF Education First, based in Shanghai, one of the largest online and hybrid language training platforms in Europe and APAC. 

Vultee is known for her focus on innovation and digital transformation which will be key foundations for GoodHabitz’ strategic plans. She is committed to continuous learning and personal development herself and is currently pursuing an Executive Masters degree in AI for Business at the Bologna Business School. 

She takes over the reins from Maarten Franken, founder and former CEO, who will become Chairman of the Supervisory Board at GoodHabitz. Since Franken founded the company, together with Patrick Stijfs in 2011, he has steered the company to become Europe’s largest online training platform in soft skills.
