OpenBlend – the platform for effective conversations at work, was last night honoured with the coveted title of ‘HR Tech Provider of the Year’ at the Personnel Today Awards 2022. The company’s win comes a matter of weeks after OpenBlend was named ‘Best HR Supplier’ at the CIPD People Management Awards and a ‘Top 25 Work Tech Vendor’ by Inspiring Workplaces.

The Personnel Today Awards – one of the HR industry’s most highly regarded awards programmes – is judged by an independent panel of HR experts. Describing the impressive benefits that OpenBlend has delivered for two of its customers – leading estate agency, Foxtons, and youth charity, The Princes’ Trust – the judges said: “Performance conversations that impact other aspects of employees’ working lives, including motivation and wellbeing, are clearly pleasing OpenBlend’s customers with amazing feedback from [them] and the staff who are using the platform.”

Commenting on the industry recognition, OpenBlend’s Founder & CEO, Anna Rasmussen, said: “Last night was really the cherry on the cake following an awards season in which we’ve scooped some of the biggest accolades in HR tech. These awards speak to the huge talent and commitment of our team as well as our fantastic customers who, like Foxtons and The Princes’ Trust, understand the value of enabling broad and inclusive one-to-ones.”

“Rasmussen added: “Because employees today are living through challenging times, it’s imperative that organisations are enabling their managers to understand the unique needs and wants of every individual. That’s the gold standard and we’re delighted that OpenBlend is helping to make this a reality for thousands of employees and managers around the world.”

“To be named HR Tech Provider of the Year – especially given the calibre of finalists in our category – is a great honour,” concluded Rasmussen.
