WLTS, a rapidly-growing technology-enhanced recruitment company, has announced its signing of the Armed Forces Covenant, formally pledging its commitment to the fair treatment for those who serve, or have served, in the UK armed forces.

The covenant supports serving personnel, service leavers, veterans, and their families and ensures they are treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve.

WLTS has signed the covenant to reinforce its commitment to the armed forces community, which extends from its sister company and fellow signatory SSGC, an award-winning specialist security provider.

Since its launch in April this year, WLTS has already provided access to nationwide job vacancies for service leavers, veterans and their families, enabling them to forge rewarding new career paths in the security industry and beyond.

WLTS was launched at time when the UK economy was beginning its recovery from the effects of the pandemic.

Within just a few weeks of launching, the business secured a £40 million contract to provide personnel to Comensura, a market leader in managing supplies of temporary, permanent and contract labour.

WLTS was at the frontline to help deliver testing services through the pandemic, deploying more than 2,500 staff nationwide. Today it has more than 20,000 applicants within its recruitment pipeline.
