Employee engagement specialist, WorkBuzz, has appointed Lee West as its first Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth within the U.K and internationally.

WorkBuzz has raised £1.5 million in funding for international expansion, and the appointment of Lee is key to scaling the business quickly to reach expected growth targets.

“I’ve joined an ambitious business that’s making a big impact in the U.K. human resources space with its agile employee engagement platform”, says Lee West. “I’m excited to be building on this success locally, and growing WorkBuzz’s footprint internationally, so that we reach our growth target of £10 million turnover by 2025.”

Lee decided to join WorkBuzz after being impressed by the company’s ethos, culture, team and expansion plans. He joins from Global SaaS company, M-Brain, where he was Chief Commercial Officer and was central to scaling the business internationally. The plan is to replicate this success at WorkBuzz.

Lee West says, “WorkBuzz is ideally placed to do well globally due to the growing interest in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. We’ll leverage existing networks to find opportunities for the WorkBuzz platform within targeted countries, and our newly appointed partnership director will provide vital support in achieving this.”
