Employee Engagement Consultancy Forty1, part of Inizio Engage XD, has appointed Chloe Lamb as Principal Communications & Engagement Consultant to expand the tech and communications expertise as the business continues to grow.
Chloe will be a key player in driving and evolving the Forty1 digital and AI offer, using her wealth of knowledge in tech start-ups, brand consultancy and communications. Chloe will define and uphold best practice for how Forty1 works with global clients across a range of sectors, combining science, creativity, and technology to influence, drive, shape and deliver employee engagement strategies that will have lasting business impact.
With enormous pressures on organisations to modernise how they operate, businesses also need to adapt to meet the changing needs of the modern workforce, if they want to retain and attract new talent, who are embracing new tools, platforms, and smarter ways of working. Chloe will use her tech and communications expertise to support this need within the role.
Chloe joins Forty1 from Lightricks, where she led the Global Communications team covering London, Chicago, New York, and Jerusalem and was General Manager for the UK office in London. With over a decade of experience in agency and client-side, she has deep expertise in tech start-ups and scale-up environments, including Rocket Lab and Talent Propeller, in New Zealand, the US, UK and Europe, holding senior roles focused on key aspects of employment and corporate branding, engagement strategies, communications and building engaged teams.
Chloe’s appointment reflects the continuing evolution of Forty1 and the need for diverse expertise and strong leadership, helping to attract and develop talent, drive performance, and retain consultants.
