As well as the chance to network face to face over a glass or two of wine and something to eat, in this month’s HR Connection event, we will be joined by HR industry leaders to discuss and debate the real world realities associated with harnessing AI for high performance.

Join us and a panel of HR experts to discuss AI’s role in HR and what it actually means for the people business. How is it going to drive high performance beyond the hype? How should HR balance its use with ethical considerations? And how should HR be thinking about implementing it? As we accelerate fast towards AI 2.0, it’s not just about productivity, it’s about making the employee experience more human, empowering managers to do more with less and the shift from fearing to embracing AI and its genuine benefits in the real HR world.

Some of the issues we will be covering include:

  • Using data-driven measurement to elevate human decision making
  • Augmenting managers with time-saving capabilities, streamlining processes and reducing cognitive load
  • Driving efficiency and productivity with performance evaluations
  • The reality of building tomorrow’s workforce using AI for L&D…and much more

The panel will include:

Sunil Malik is the People Director at Virgin Media O2 and has over 20 years senior international HR leadership experience in roles with large tech companies including Apple and Google across the UK, Europe, APAC and LATAM.

Elisa Sai is a VP in the Analytics and AI team in Capgemini Invent and has extensive experience in designing and delivering data and AI transformation projects from mobilisation to go-live across private and public sector.
