As an events agency who specialises in employee engagement we thought we would share some of our popular Christmas event ideas to inspire you.  So if you’re still undecided what your organisation can do this festive season, check out these ideas.

Christmas Party

Bongo’s Bingo

Take over the office with a Bongo’s Bingo style night, the  definitive bingo experience.

With a fun mix of intense bingo, dance party intervals, audience participation and countless prizes. This will be a Christmas party to remember.

And what’s more,  ensure your event is inline with your employee’s reward program with some extra special company  prizes .

Christmas Wishes

Do something extra special this year. Ask everyone in the organisation to add three wishes into a giant snow globe in your reception. Wishes can range from an extra day off to the latest must have gadget. Towards the end of the party, someone pulls these wishes out.

Each winning wish will become a reality. Even the most far out wishes can be achieved with a little imagination.

Another snow globe idea could be to hire a huge crystal maze style snow globe. Fill this with the organisation’s wishes. Teams work together to collect the most wishes, with the winning team being able to pick three from a mystery wish board. This can be your own Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway!

Festive Fantasy

This is an office wide scavenger hunt with a twist. Take people on a journey around the grounds, immersed in a secret cinema style experience.

Actors and storytellers will bring a famous festive movie to life, with teams being sent on a mission to explore the office out of hours and follow a series of festive clues.

Corporate socially responsible Christmas activities

Connect: Festive Edition

Make someone’s Christmas –

for a chance to win yours.
Do something good, get something great.

Part 1:
A gift pack is given a Christmas twist, with the look & feel of a gift box. Symbolising that this will be the ultimate present under someone’s tree.

When people donate, we invite them to also submit who they would like to connect with this Christmas. Encourage them to think about family and loved ones far away.

Part 2:
People’s submissions will go into a ‘connect draw’. With a lucky few receiving the ultimate reconnection prize. Prepare to purchase flights, train tickets and a year’s free data roaming.

This idea has the scope for social media posts and lots of internal communications content right into the new year. .

There’s a new Christmas market stall in town this winter.

Let your company take over an existing local market stall, or even pop up stations in stores. This stall is all about giving back to the charity your company supports.

The stall can be manned by willing present wrappers from the business who, for a donation, can wrap and add a calligraphed message to gift tags and cards. This is the perfect solution for people who want to rid themselves of change while taking the extra pain out of Christmas present wrapping. All donations will go to the charity of choice

Take on the 12 days of Christmas, with 12 different activations in the run up to Christmas.

Present a mix of social activities in a box from pop up events from an overarching campaign to create a buzz and raise brand awareness. Activities can include anything from team members holding storytelling sessions at local community centres to special discount days and masterclasses sessions.
