• The platform for effective and inclusive conversations at work takes home top HR accolade
  • Recognition signals successful awards season as OpenBlend also shortlisted in this year’s Personnel Today Awards and Investors in People Awards

OpenBlend – the platform for effective conversations at work, was last weeknamed ‘Best HR Supplier’ at the prestigious CIPD People Management Awards for its work with leading estate agency, Foxtons.

The HR industry’s most coveted awards programme, which is organised by the Chartered Institute for People Development (CIPD) and People Management Magazine, and judged by an independent panel of experts, was hosted at Grosvenor House in London and attended by HR professionals from across the country.

Commenting on OpenBlend’s win, Anna Rasmussen, the company’s Founder & CEO, said: “We are absolutely thrilled that OpenBlend has been recognised by the HR industry in this way. The award is a strong testament to both our fantastic team who believe in the power of enabling broad and inclusive conversations at work, and our progressive customers who, like Foxtons, understand that these conversations sit at the heart of helping people to reach their full potential.”

“What started as an idea and a philosophy, added Rasmussen, is now an innovative, people-first platform that is genuinely helping to improve people’s working lives. That really speaks to the purpose behind what we do and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve achieved.”

OpenBlend’s win at the CIPD People Management Awards comes amidst a string of other recent industry recognition, with the company being named as a finalist for ‘Best HR Tech Provider’ at the Personnel Today Awards, ‘Best Business Software’ and ‘Best SaaS Provider’ at the Computing Technology Product Awards, and ‘Best Use of Technology’ at the Investors in People Awards.

Rasmussen continued: “In today’s environment, the need for managers to understand and cater to their employees at an individual level is greater than ever and we’re incredibly proud that OpenBlend is helping to facilitate that.

“I’d also like to extend my congratulations to all the other CIPD winners and finalists, concluded Rasmussen.”
